When making a purchase with Heroic EDC, LLC you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. By accessing or using our website or purchasing products from Heroic EDC, LLC. you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. 
2. You must be at least 18 years of age (or older if required by local low) to purchase knives from this site. By placing an order, you certify that you meet the legal age requirements and that it is legal for you to possess and receive such items in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age before fulfilling any order.
3. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, use, and sale of knives in your jurisdiction. Heroic EDC assumes no responsibility or liability for any violation of the law resulting from the purchase or use of any product from this site. We do not ship automatic/switchblade knives to jurisdictions where they are prohibited. 
4. All products sold are intended for lawful use only. You agree to use the items safely and responsibly and not to use them for any unlawful purpose. We recommend familiarizing yourself with safe knife-handling practices. Heroic EDC, LLC. is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse or negligence. 
5. We ship only within the United States. Shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities, or any confiscations that may occur. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order can be lawfully shipped and possessed in your location. 
6. We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days or delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Certain products (such as customized or clearance items) may be final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. 
7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heroic EDC, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. 
8. All content on this site, including logos, product images, and descriptions, is the intellectual property of Heroic EDC, LLC or its suppliers and may not be used without permission. 
9. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All payment information must be accurate and current. Fraudulent orders may be reported to the authorities.

11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino, Ca.
