Refund policy

  1. We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Certain products (such as customized or clearance items) may be final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
  2. Any and all pre-orders are non-refundable. Any choice to no longer complete pre-order purchases, will result in your deposit becoming store credit to be used on any other item in stock.
  3. Any special-order deposit is subject to the same non-refundable policy as pre-orders.
  4. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
  5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino, Ca.
