Processing & Shipping Times

All in-stock orders placed through Heroic EDC are typically processed and shipped the next business day, with many orders shipping the same day or earlier whenever possible.

We work hard to fulfill every order as quickly as possible so you can get your everyday carry gear without unnecessary delays.

Friday Orders

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the same day whenever possible. If same-day shipping is not possible, orders will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Holidays & Non-Business Days

Orders are not shipped on major holidays or non-business days. Any order placed during a holiday or holiday weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping Insurance

For added protection and peace of mind, all Heroic EDC orders are shipped with insurance included. This helps protect your purchase while in transit and ensures secure delivery of your premium gear.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our stated shipping timelines, unexpected delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other external factors may occasionally impact delivery times. Heroic EDC is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been shipped.
