Every pack has already been assembled with its contents determined in advance. The contents are not selected after an order is placed, and no specific product, brand, model, blade type, opening mechanism, color, material, or configuration is guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Because Mystery Packs may contain different types of knives, including automatic knives, we understand that customers in some jurisdictions may have restrictions on what they can legally receive or possess.

If you're interested in a particular Mystery Pack but are concerned about your state or local knife laws, please contact Heroic EDC before purchasing.

If the Mystery Pack has not already sold, we will review your concern and, when reasonably possible, may adjust the contents of that pack to better accommodate the legal restrictions you identify for your jurisdiction.

We'll do our best to make any necessary adjustment without telling you what is inside the pack or otherwise ruining the mystery.

Because each pack is unique and inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee that every pack can be modified to satisfy every jurisdiction's requirements. Any adjustment is subject to available inventory and Heroic EDC's ability to make a suitable substitution.

Heroic EDC Mystery Packs may contain knives, including but not limited to manual folding knives, fixed-blade knives, assisted-opening knives, and automatic-opening knives (sometimes referred to as automatic knives, switchblades, or autos).

Because these are Mystery Packs, you may not know the specific type, size, blade length, opening mechanism, or configuration of a knife before receiving your order.

Knife laws vary significantly between federal, state, county, municipal, and other local jurisdictions. Laws may regulate or prohibit the purchase, sale, shipment, possession, ownership, transportation, transfer, concealment, carry, or use of certain knives. Restrictions may be based on factors including, but not limited to, blade length, opening mechanism, automatic operation, knife design, location, age, intended use, and the manner in which a knife is carried or transported.

It is solely the purchaser's responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, county, municipal, and other laws and regulations applicable to the purchaser and the purchaser's shipping destination before placing an order.

By purchasing a Heroic EDC Mystery Pack, you represent and acknowledge that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products that may be included in the Mystery Pack.

• You have reviewed the knife laws and regulations applicable to you and your shipping destination.

• You understand that your Mystery Pack may contain an automatic knife or another knife subject to additional legal restrictions.

• You understand that laws governing possession and carry may differ from laws governing purchase or ownership.

• You will not purchase a Mystery Pack if receiving a potentially restricted knife would violate the laws applicable to you or your shipping destination.

• You assume responsibility for the lawful possession, transportation, carry, transfer, storage, and use of the products after receipt.

• You will not use any product received from Heroic EDC for an unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heroic EDC is not responsible for citations, fines, penalties, confiscation, seizure, criminal charges, civil claims, losses, damages, or other consequences arising from a purchaser's possession, transportation, carry, transfer, storage, misuse, or unlawful use of a product received in a Mystery Pack.

Heroic EDC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline shipment of an order when Heroic EDC determines that completing the transaction or shipment may violate applicable law, carrier requirements, company policy, or other restrictions.

Placing an order does not guarantee that Heroic EDC will ship a particular knife to a particular jurisdiction.

If you are uncertain whether you may legally receive or possess an automatic knife or any other type of knife that could be included in a Mystery Pack, please contact Heroic EDC before purchasing. When possible, we will work with you to preserve the mystery while addressing the specific legal restriction you identify.

Mystery Pack Terms & Final Sale Policy

By purchasing a Heroic EDC Mystery Pack, you acknowledge and agree that the specific contents are intentionally undisclosed.

Mystery Pack contents cannot be selected, exchanged, substituted, or changed based on brand, model, knife type, opening mechanism, blade shape, blade steel, color, handle material, configuration, or personal preference.

The exception is a pre-purchase modification expressly approved by Heroic EDC for the purpose of addressing an identified legal restriction. Any such modification remains subject to inventory availability and does not entitle the purchaser to select specific products, brands, models, or configurations.

Because the contents and nature of the Mystery Pack are disclosed as being intentionally unknown at the time of purchase, Mystery Packs are final sale, except where an item arrives damaged, an incorrect order is shipped, or applicable law otherwise requires a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy.

Receiving an item that you already own, do not personally prefer, or would not otherwise have selected does not constitute an incorrect order.

Each numbered Mystery Pack is unique and available in a quantity of one.

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that they meet any applicable minimum-age requirements and other eligibility requirements associated with the purchase or possession of knives and related products.
